Shop Policies
Welcome! Thank you so much for supporting my work. To help things run smoothly for both of us, please read the following shop policies carefully. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out - I’m always happy to help clarify.
Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Most orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During product launches or club mail periods, processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping Methods:
Regular shop orders are shipped with tracking only.
Mail Club rewards and orders placed through my Ko-fi shop are shipped via untracked letter mail for affordability and simplicity.
Combined Orders:
I no longer combine orders across the Mail Club, Ko-fi and personal shops. Each system is processed separately, and combining creates too much room for error. Thank you for understanding!
If you accidentally place two orders and want to combine them, reach out within 24 hours - I’ll do my best, but it may not always be possible.
Mail Club Specifics
All Bird of the Month Club mail is sent around the 1st of each month via untracked stamped letter mail. This keeps things affordable and accessible for everyone!
Since this method is untracked, I’m unable to guarantee delivery or offer refunds for delayed or missing mail.
If you haven't received your mail after 4 weeks (U.S.) or 6 - 8 weeks (international), feel free to message me - I’ll always do my best to help.
Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Please note: I’m a small, one-person operation, and I’m not able to replace items that were lost due to mishandling after delivery (e.g., being washed, torn, etc.).
Bird Club mail cannot be combined with shop orders at this time. To help me stay organized and avoid mistakes, all Bird Club mail is processed and sent separately.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade and limited nature of my products, all sales are final.
That said, I want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave my studio, especially untracked mail.
For tracked packages, please contact your local postal service first before reaching out.
I cannot issue refunds for orders marked “delivered” by the carrier.
International Orders
Currently, I do not offer international tracked shipping through my main shop.
If you're located outside the U.S. and would like to order prints or stickers, please visit my Ko-fi Shop. There, I offer untracked international letter mail which is more affordable for small, lightweight items.
Communication & Kindness Policy
I’m a one-person studio juggling design, packing, and customer service - and I pour a lot of love into each order. I ask that all communication remain respectful and patient. I will not tolerate aggressive or demanding messages, and reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
